Our Story
Louisville Garage Doors was founded by Chad Smith and Sean Madden, a partnership built on complementary strengths.
Sean has dedicated his career to garage doors, bringing over 25 years of hands-on experience in repair, installation, and service. He knows garage doors inside and out and takes pride in doing the work correctly, safely, and without cutting corners.
Chad comes from a business and operations background, with years of experience managing systems, customer service, and day-to-day operations. His focus is making sure every customer interaction, from scheduling to follow-up, is smooth, professional, and transparent.
Together, they created Louisville Garage Doors to offer something that’s becoming harder to find: skilled workmanship, clear communication, and service you can trust.
